We carry cheese from our friends and local farmers at Smith's Country Cheese.
Smith's makes both a cheddar cheese and a gouda cheese made of milk from their own dairy cows. Many different flavored gouda spreads are also available, as well as smoked gouda and mini wheels. We have medium, sharp and extra sharp cheddar available.
